1. Service & eligibility
What LoveIt! does; who may use it; your account responsibilities and security.
2. Acceptable use
No unlawful content; respect others' intellectual property in uploaded plans and documents.
3. Subscription
£5/month per project (address), with a 10-day free trial; card required when you create a project; auto-renewal, billing cycle, cancellation and refunds. UK only; no VAT handling yet. Invited collaborators are free.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of uploaded plans/photos; you grant LoveIt! a licence to process and store them to provide the service.
5. AI disclaimer
AI output is assistive and not professional architectural, structural, planning, legal or financial advice. Verify before acting; real professionals sign off designs.
6. Liability, termination & changes
Service provided "as is"; limitation of liability; suspension/termination; changes to terms (with re-acceptance); governing law: England & Wales. Contact details to follow.
